Rawayat London offers a curated selection of fashion and lifestyle products inspired by timeless South Asian style and craftsmanship.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography conditions. Such normal display differences do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
Where products contain embroidery, embellishment or decorative detailing, minor variations may occur between individual pieces. These variations may result from the nature of the materials, production and finishing processes and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Product prices displayed for UK customers are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may be changed from time to time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted by us, except where required by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed by authorised third-party payment service providers.
Rawayat London does not directly store customers' full payment card details.
Payment processing may be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms, conditions, security procedures and privacy practices.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

Section 4 — Shipping, Delivery and Duties
Dispatch
Orders are quality-checked and prepared for dispatch through our operations and fulfilment arrangements in Karachi, Pakistan.
UK Delivery and Import Charges
For eligible orders delivered to the United Kingdom, our shipping arrangements are intended to cover applicable import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges so that customers are not charged unexpected import fees upon delivery.
Where an order is specifically shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, applicable import duties and clearance charges included within that arrangement are handled by Rawayat London or its logistics providers.
UK Delivery Rates
Our current standard UK delivery rates are:

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated UK delivery is generally 5–7 business days after dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the website or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, customs processing, public holidays or other logistical events.

Section 5 — Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our published Refund / Return Policy.
Customers generally have 15 days from delivery to request an eligible return, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products and should use an appropriate trackable delivery service.
